Calls to a Tellfront line
Tellfront answers phone calls on behalf of the businesses that use it. Every call opens by telling the caller that it is answered by an automated assistant and that the call is recorded.
- Calls are recorded and transcribed to provide the service.
- What the caller says (name, phone number, address and the reason for the call) is logged as a job for the business that runs the line, so that its staff can act on it.
- The business that runs the line decides how its call records are used. If you called a business's line and want to know what it holds about you, ask that business, or write to us.
